Kaylen was born and raised in the Rogue Valley and has a deep appreciation for community, connection, and whole-person care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has always been fascinated by people—how we think, feel, and move through the world. Over time, that interest evolved into a passion for helping others through hands-on work with the body, recognizing the close relationship between physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Kaylen graduated from the Ashland Institute of Massage in 2025. She believes every body has a story, shaped by life experiences, stress, injury, and growth, and she aims to meet each person exactly where they are at. To support this, she uses a thoughtful blend of modalities—including Swedish and myofascial release—to meet the unique needs of each client. Her approach honors the body as a whole, functional unit, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and gently guided back home to their body.
